LAUDERDALE LAKES --

Mr. Timothy Donnelly;
Broward State Attorney’s Office
Public Corruption Unit

Good day to you. Hope these words find you in good spirits.

With the City of Lauderdale Lakes seeking millions of dollars in additional loans, I believe City of Lauderdale Lakes City Manager Jonathan Allen and Finance Director Marie Elianor are intentionally misleading and defrauding the Broward County Commission.

Attached to this email, please find a criminal complaint against Allen and Elianor for possible violations of Florida Chapter 119, Public Records, which under Florida Law, are misdemeanor crimes of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.

Kindly note, last week my legal informed the City of Lauderdale Lakes our intent to sue in this matter.
