The Broward Sheriff’s Office has presented a complaint affidavit alleging you violated Florida Statute 810.09, in committing the crime of Trespass. The incident occurred at 6740 NW 82 Terrace in Parkland on the 23rd day of January 2012.

After reviewing 1he documents provided, visiting the property, and discussing the matter with the property owner., based. on the evidence presented it appears that a violation of F1orida Statute 810.09 did occur. The manner that you entered the private property was not authorized. However, at tlus time the State Attorney’s Office is not going to pursue criminal charges against you. Based on the totality of the circumstances and consultation with the property owner, a formal trespass warning is now issued to you. You are not permitted unauthorized entry on the property of Pine Hollow located at 6740 NW 82nd Terrance Parkland~ Florida.
