If the Lauderdale Lakes CRA fund balance at 9/30/12 was $3.4M, and they only budgeted $288K of that fund balance in 2013, they should refund $3.2M to the payors.
FS says that they have to refund any fund balance that is not brought forward budgeted.
So County and others are due a whole lot more. Divide up the $3.2M, with the lion’s share headed back to Broward County.
