Regarding any accident(s) on 8/17/12 involving city vehicle(s), I request copies (no research) of the following:
- All accident reports
- Copy of notification to your insurance carrier of the accident(s)
- Any payments for vehicle repair(s)
- Any payments to other driver(s)
- Munis report for payments to Westway Towing for vehicle repair(s)
- Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) testing results
- Bills submitted by Vince Richmond for damage to his ever present ball cap
