LAUDERDALE LAKES --

From a reliable source, “Tesha said he [Vince] was on the phone, where report shows the hit on the car is wrong. She says he hit her on the back tire of her car. She got the tickets on the Monday after the accident. She explained it to the officer about him being on the phone. If you read the report he had to different ways on page three on how the accident occurred.”

On 08/17/12, at 1320 hours, I responded to a traffic crash with injuries at 4131 N.W. 41st Street, (parking lot) in the City of Lauderdale Lakes, Broward County, Florida.
