A friend of mine, who is a private investigator, was kind enough to pull Broward County Auditor Evan Lukic‘s public information — court records, property information, and statements made to the press.
I’ve learned to review the stuff because you just never know what you’ll find. That’s how I was able to nail Pastor Anthony Davis ($50,000 in Fed fines).
To wit.
One statement to the press of Lukic’s in particular caught my attention, something along the lines of “the need for the OIG to provide oversight to public officials.”
Bingo.

Seems to me someone needs to file an OIG complaint as Lukic’s plainly failing in his duties.
- He knows Lauderdale Lakes is filing erroneous financial statements and does nothing about it.
- He allowed the ILA to expire.
- He passes the ball to others.
I’ll be drafting and submitting the proper paperwork to the OIG today.
