Hey Jim;
I’ve read your “CRA talking points” email.
You forgot to mention City Manager Jon Allen‘s non-bid library parking lot contract and those applicable emails between Gary Rogers, Allen, and Manny Diez. Messages to which Rogers is purported to have said something along the lines of, “Are you guys nuts?”
Allen, if you have forgotten, is under criminal investigation for bid splitting (other bid bid-splitting, and not this bid bid-splitting). Need I remind you, willful destruction of public records is a felony.
Opine all you want, call in lawyers from Becker, get Ron Book involved, call Jesus Horatio Christ himself, but your time, and Allen’s time, with the city is quickly coming to an end.
Good fucking riddance.
