The following is a request for public information. I am requesting copies only, not research.

  1. Any travel records, expense reports, and/or similar items for travel by City Manager Jonathan Allen for the Jan. 28, 2013 – Feb. 2, 2013.
  2. Emails sent to/from Jonathan Allen for the week of Jan. 28, 2013 – Feb. 2, 2013.

Pursuant to your below request, the estimated cost is $13.78.  The breakdown is as follows:

Item #1:
Staff Cost: (15 minutes) – $4.28
Copies: (24 pages @ $0.15 per page) – $3.60
Total Cost for Item #1 – $7.88

Item #2:
Staff Cost: (15 minutes) – $5.65
CD:   $0.25
Total Cost for Item #2 – $5.90

Once payment is received (cleared if it is a check) the records will be available for pick up.
