This will be my third request.
A copy of the invoice that justifies charging $5.00 for a blank CD. Kindly remind yourself Florida Law requires my PRR to made available with “limited reasonable delay.” My original request for this information was submitted nearly a month ago. Does it take that long to pull a copy of the invoice? Or is at as I suspect, all bullshit.
PS Say hello to the OIG — as I filed a complaint against your assclown boss on this matter.

Mr. Stevens,
The referenced CD was purchased many years ago. The delay in finding the requested “invoice” is due to the difficulty in determining the exact “invoice” that includes the purchase of the exact package of CDs. In lieu of declaring that there is no record found, we attempted to provide the requested document to no avail. As such, the cost was based on the previous administration’s established charge for CDs/DVDs.
Please be advised that the previous administration established the policy that imposed the $5 charge to receive information on a CD. Out of concern, the current City Manager and City Attorney instructed staff to charge in accordance with State Law. Thereafter, it was determined that you would be immediately reimbursed for the request. However, you refused to take the reimbursement and change that was due when you arrived at City Hall to pick up other documentation.
We will continue to look for the “invoice” in question. If we are unable to find the exact documentation, you will be notified accordingly.

Madam Clerk;
Apply my refund to the following PRR – copies of emails between Brady and Allen discussing the overcharging of media.
