Just wanted to note – the City’s response was from the recent post on this. But it is too little too late- in fact over a year late with most of the amendments.
Also, did not amend legally. Shows posting there today, 10/5 but not there on 10/3
Look at second attachment- Bldg Fund. Remember clueless ME and JA “forgot” the Bldg fund in the 2012 budget. Added it by Resolution- that is a no-no per FS 166.241 (has to be ordinance with two readings, public hearing, etc).
Also we see there is a budget amendment for 2011.
But no one can find the adopted 2011 budget?
We believe there is still something shaky going on with the ordinance numbers for the 2012 budget amendments. Possibly a missing ordinance that limited the CM’s budget powers?
