Learned that Peckerwood Lother filed his papers and you wanna know why I am amazed?
It's not cause he's running. Even though he realizes himself that his being on the daïs is the worst yhing for our town.
No that's not it.
Rather I am amazed he did the paperwork on time. Cause Peckerwood ain't good at documentation, certificates, or inspections.
