What was your architectural motif? Thunderdome?

IMG_0010
Dear Vince.

You know, when you ripped down that building over at Pioneer Park and then realized - oh shit, maybe we'll want to build another facility - I thought you were just plainly bat shit out of your mind.  So, when it comes to that park, I was hoping you could explain to me your thought process here, 'cause for the life of me, I can't make a lick of sense out of it.

Today I was over there checking out the new kiddie area - a nice dig for the little ones - and then I stumbled upon the roller skating rink.

And here's where I am looking for a little help...

What was your architectural motif?  Thunderdome?  Place looks like shit man.  Holes the size of Poitier's ass in the wall.  And well, we all know what size that is...  Answer = Ji-fucking-normous.

Can't you send someone over there with a can of Bondo and a trowel?  I hear Disher sits on his ass all day long.  Send that fucker to Home Depot and get him doing something worthwhile for once.  $100K a year for him to collect hemorrhoids ain't cutting in my book anymore.

Press notoriety is becoming fairly routine now.

Another day, another article about my work.

Deerfield Beach Vice Mayor Sylvia Ferguson (previously Poitier) may have had a financial interest in a nonprofit corporation for which she voted to award public funds. Acts of Sedition blogger Chaz Stevens has posted financial documents of the Westside Deerfield Businessmen Association that show the nonprofit owes Lionel Ferguson $74,000, as well as a document from the Broward County Department of Environmental Protection that identifies Ferguson as the vice mayor's brother and cites a claim from Sylvia Ferguson that despite financial hardship, "she has made ends meet through loans from her brother totalling approximately $70,000."

...

Stevens is celebrating his discoveries in style: by selling clothing with
his blog's new logo. He says the proceeds are going to Women in Distress -- just not the woman whose distress is the source of his newfound notoriety.

Ferguson to Be Investigated for Ethics No-No

From the New Times Juice blog comes the following,

A law firm retained by Deerfield Beach to evaluate reports of ethics violations has opened an investigation into the conduct of the city's vice mayor, Sylvia Ferguson -- formerly Sylvia Poitier.

Read the entire piece here.

When drunk girls fight, everyone wins!!!

She's my best friend, I've known her since she's two years old.

Heard that Janyce at the Chamber Pot has again invoked the wrath of those she supposedly works for.  Members are pissed that she is selling them out to a questionable group from Boca.

It seems that in a dash for cash she partnered with a sharp dressed, fast talking grifter who goes around telling people he is with the South Florida Chamber of Commerce, which is nothing more than a company that makes money doing table top business shows.  I could understand this if it was table top dancers.

But, alas when it comes to Chamber girls and brass poles, it’s not Janyce who comes to mind.

My spies tell me that Deerfield Chamber Potters that took part in this shyster’s latest sting had to be physically restrained from attacking him and that Becker “the Executive Hairdresser” had to come to his defense before people started tearing up the Hilton ballroom.  Maybe she will want to rent my Ninja next time as a bodyguard.  I also hear that the Hilton was so mad they may not let her and this group come back again.

Janyce, I think you’ve been winding those curlers a bit too tight.  Or go to plan (b).  Rent a brass pole.

Stupid is as stupid does.

Comes this gem.

I was informed that Mahaney was the one that was supposed to be the one removed last Tuesday.  Apparently, it was going to be (of all people) "double shot cheese whiz" Poitier making the motion, the old fart from CVE to second it and piggy to nail the deal.

No shock there...  But here's the twist.

The surprise Robb vote with Peggy voting her out made Poitier not trust Noland to finish the deal.  They (Poitier, Noland, Century Village dude) want Mahaney out because they think he is feeding me information.

Stupid is as stupid does it seems.

And what do I have to say about this?  Nice job Peggy. Go ahead and piss me off.  That's a bright fucking move on your part.

The game has just started. Just begun.

A forty year political history and it took an asshole blogger (i.e. yours truly) to jack up Commissioner Poitier on her first ethical violation.

For those keeping score at home, here's were we are.  I filed four violations and one (#1) was found of merit.  Complaints #2 and #3 weren't worthy man.  And #4.  The granddaddy...  Well, that was just missing some facts.  And guess what I have in my hands?

Editor's Note:
Well, actually, there is a 5th complaint.  That's waiting in the wings.

Yep, just the facts Maam.

See, the Grand Master concluded that I didn't have the proof binding Poitier to WDBA.  And guess what?  The Grand Master Funk was right.

I didn't have the facts at the time that I filed complaint #4.  But I have them now.  Which, as you would guess, means that I will be re-filing complaint #4.

Does Sylvia have the stones to pull this off?

Look, I have big balls.  Really big balls.  My latina friends term them "grande huevos".  But, even for me, this would be too big for my big balls.  No longer mere mortal balls, this is in a whole new realm of ball-geology.

These are boulders.

And the boulders I am referring to is those accessories dangling between the legs of Sylvia Poitier, 'cause to pull this caper off would require testicular fortitude of a galactic magnitude.

The WDBA lists a $74,000 debt to Lionel Ferguson.  Lionel Ferguson is the brother of Sylvia Poitier.  In Sylvia's financial audit, she indicates a $70,000 or so debt to Lionel Ferguson.

Editor's Note:
Wasn't this how Gonot did the ring around the rosie with his $5K in "loans"?

Is that fucking possible?  Could Sylvia be that brash to use CHDO/HUD/City money to repay a personal debt to her brother?

To quote my dead grandmother - Holy Fucking Shit.  Tie me to the chair, make me write bad checks, and call me Albert.

So what do you think?  Does Sylvia have the stones to pull this off?

The bad of not having Vince around? For the life of me, can't think of anything.

It still sticks in my craw.  That Linda Bauman ordeal.  I am still steamed by the City's response to her tragedy.  In particular, the words of Commissioner "Going Going Gone to Jail" Poitier who opined that "Les needed to become homeless and a ward of the State" in order to care for his gravely ill wife.

After studying this fat fucking tub of lard (aka Poitier) for the last year, it's amazing that she has the gaul to make such public statements.

To wit:

1)  Pay your goddamn water bills
2)  Pay your goddamn tax bills
3)  Pay that $25,000 fine on your property
4)  Admit to the WDBA fiasco

And then there is the late Vince...

Editor's Note:
He's not dead yet Chaz.

Oh shit.  Strike that.  Back up.  And then there's the not-dead-as-of-right-now Vince Kendrick is who sucking down sick pool hours at an amazing clip.

Teaser Alert:
Dear Mr. Mahaney.  You are close to having a riot on your hands.

Having Vince away from his desk is good news and bad news.  The good news greatly outweighs the bad news and comes in the form of not hiring rapists, women promoted in light of their abilities, and the EOC no longer needed on speed dial.

The bad of not having Vince around?  For the life of me, can't think of anything.
