Here's the email I just fired off to Mr. Timothy Donnelly, who in case you just shatnered in from another galaxy, is in charge of the Broward State Attorney's Office Official Corruption Unit.

As for me, I asked myself, what do you get the gent in charge of the Broward State Attorney OCU.   I didn't think it appropriate to provide you with coupons to Rachel's All You Can Eat Buffett.  I had to get something of value.  Something of interest.  Something...  

Well, I wanted to give you a gift that keeps on giving throughout the year.

As such, kindly see the enclosed formal complaint against Arlington Park Family, Inc. for probable misuse of public funds.  I will drop a signed copy of this complaint into today's outgoing mail.
