AUSTIN — KVUE News has obtained a letter Austin Assistant City Manager Anthony Snipes sent to City Manager Marc Ott following a controversial training session for city employees.
In the letter, Snipes said the comments made by the speaker were insulting and unexpected. Snipes also said his first time hearing the comments was after the training gained attention.
During the training, the speakers, then-Lauderdale Lakes, Florida City Manager Jonathan Allen and business development consultant Dr. Miya Burt-Stewart, made comments that some found offensive.
